Concrete floor preparation plays a vital role in ensuring your new epoxy floor will last years to come without loosing its performance and look. Our installation process in based on years of experience, the manufacturer's instructions and training, and in accordance with the condition of the substrate.
Every floor installation starts with the following
-Clean the existing floor thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, and contaminants.
-Repair any cracks, chips, or uneven areas in the substrate.
-Diamond grind or shot blast the surface to create a rough profile for epoxy adhesion.
Once the concrete is ready we will apply a primer to enhance adhesion between the substrate and the epoxy.
Once the primer is fully cured we will apply the epoxy basecoat.
While the basecoat is still wet, we can add color flakes, metallic pigments, epoxy quartz granules or glitter, for an added aesthetics and texture.
Final step in our installation process is the application of a clear UV stable topcoat. The topcoat will ensure the durability and longevity of your new floor. The topcoat will enhance glossiness, UV resistance, and chemical resistance.

This warranty is not transferable and pertains exclusively to the initial installation. We commit to rectify or substitute any section of the epoxy garage floor that exhibits defects. It's important to note that this warranty excludes damages stemming from incorrect installation or settling of the concrete base, inappropriate usage or maintenance, or natural wear and tear. It's crucial to be aware that this warranty will lose its validity in case the epoxy garage floor undergoes hydrostatic pressure surpassing 8 pounds per 1000 square feet. Hydrostatic pressure denotes the accumulation of water beneath the floor, and heightened pressure could lead to the epoxy's deterioration.
